Case study 01 / Completed October 2023
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter OB unit
A compact outside broadcast vehicle for MTA, with a tailored interior layout, operator furniture and equipment access. These completed-unit photographs show the production workspace with broadcast systems installed.
Case study 02 / Five-vehicle project
Sprinter DSNG communications units
Five digital satellite news gathering (DSNG) units built around lightweight bodies on 5-tonne Sprinter chassis. The documented layout provides six operator positions across two working areas, with a side pod, two access doors and hydraulic stabilising and levelling.
Built around the working day
Onboard generator and battery-backed inverter provision support the unit’s electrical requirements. Split-system air conditioning provides climate control, while dedicated consoles organise the two working areas.

Case study 03 / Lagos, Nigeria
Studio acoustic wall installation
An on-site acoustic wall treatment project, documented from material preparation through to the completed studios. The installation combines a dense rubber membrane, timber framing, rockwool infill and a black fabric finish.
A layered installation
01 · 12 mm dense rubber membrane bonded to the wall
02 · 50 mm hardwood frame over the membrane
03 · 50 mm rockwool fitted between the framing
04 · Black hessian covering over the rockwool
05 · Black 12 mm battens to secure fabric and form a grid
The project report also documents local material sourcing and preparation, and the installation team working on site.
